Mind Spiders share new video, playing SXSW & other dates (Radioactivity too)
"Outside" is the lead track on Mind Spiders' new album, Furies, but it's relegated to closing credits music in its own video. The group's Mark Ryan directed, edited and co-stars in what you'd really call a short film, which owes more than a little to David Lynch. What exactly is going on with the doctor, the patient and the crony here is up for debut but it involves the operator's manual to a Dodge Colt Vista. The video premieres in this post and you can watch that below.
Having just played Brooklyn last weekend, Mind Spiders are back in Texas and are in Austin for SXSW. They'll play the Dirtnap Records day party which happens at Beerland on Thursday, March 15 from noon - 7 PM. Also on the bill: Radioactivity (who share some members with Mind Spiders), Fox Face, Bad Sports, Drakulas, TV's Daniel, and Missing Pages. More info on that party is here.
