Austin's own reverb-drenched, garage punk four-piece The Young will be touring their home state throughout the next few months in support of their latest album, Dub Egg, out on May 5 via Matador Records. Their current schedule includes a trio of Austin dates. As previously mentioned, the band's set to play Red 7 opening for Frankie Rose and DIVE tonight (4/14). They also play Beauty Ballroom with No Age, Screaming Females, Ceremony, Gun Outfit, and Joyce Manor on June 1 (part of Chaos in Tejas), and have a release show at 29th Street Ballroom with Sungod and Spray Paint on June 16.
