Doom metal gods Pentagram played Emo's East on Friday (8/2), conjuring spells from their classic albums of yesteryear and 2011's Last Rites. Bobby Liebling's wide-eyed maniac look was front and center as usual, but guitarist (and doom god in his own right) Victor Griffin has been replaced by Matt Goldsborough in recent times, a major disappointment to many to be sure. Support came from locals Ancient VVisdom and St. James Society and pictures from the show are in this post.
