SXSW is a great opportunity for small artists to open up for bigger ones and play to rooms of industry professionals ready to find the Next Big Thing. So Loretta Lynn is pretty lucky that she gets to open for one of this year's buzziest bands, Sunflower Bean, at Stubb's on Thursday (3/17)!

We kid, we kid. But seriously, the 83 year old country legend, who just released her first album since 2004, plays first at the BBC Music showcase on Thursday, followed by Sunflower Bean, alt-pop singer Lapsley, grime MC Stormzy, and folk singer Jake Bugg. Loretta's on at 8:15 PM. Badges or wristbands required.
