It was kind of funny and shocking the first time Rachael Ray threw a SXSW Music party, and even more funny and shocking that bands we liked were on the bill, but at this point it's just kind of whatever, a tradition, not something we really think twice about. As usual, the TV food personality is taking over a day at Stubb's and presenting an impressive though sort of strange lineup of bands, and as usual her husband's band The Cringe is playing too. This year she's got Jenny Lewis and George Clinton (not to be confused with George Clanton) and Parliament-Funkadelic on the same bill along with Delta Spirit frontman Matthew Vasquez and Nada Surf's Matthew Caws. SXSW 2016's hottest artist, Anderson Paak, is also on the lineup that boasts.... NAUGHTY BY NATURE in the top billed spot. RSVP HERE.

This may be Jenny Lewis's only SXSW show, though she also plays Willie Nelson's Luck Ranch party in Spicewood.
