Those heading to Psych Fest tonight (4/28) should brush up on your Elephant 6 (whose website has been hacked, so don't go there) family spotting skills because with Olivia Tremor Control playing an 11:30pm set, one day before Scott Spillane of The Gerbils and Andrew Reiger and Laura Carter of Elf Power open for Jeff Mangum of Neutral Milk Hotel at Moody Theater. Jeff, who just played Coachella, also has nothing on his schedule tonight (though we have no idea if he's actually in town a day early and aren't trying to start rumors or anything).
