Brazil's CSS brought their tour in support of their new Dave Sitek-produced album, Planta, to Austin last night (7/18) for a show at Emo's East. Support on the show, and other dates on the tour's final leg, came from likeminded bands MNDR and Austin locals Feathers. Like other shows on the tour, CSS played a good mix of the new album and older favorites. They were also joined on stage at one point by Austin's Hard Proof Afrobeat as a backing brass section. Meanwhile. the Psychedelic Furs were playing a sold out show right next door at the new Antone's (formerly Beauty Ballroom),
