I heard a woman many yards away cheering with so much frenzy that she was gargling her screams into the golden hour. The 2016 Austin City Limits Music Festival wrapped up its two-weekend run on Sunday, October 9, with sets from LCD Soundsystem, HAIM, Willie Nelson, Miike Snow, Margo Price, Local Natives and many more. Willie's set in particular seemed like a huge party, with guest spots from the unofficial mayor of Austin, lMatthew McConaughey, as well as video tributes from everyone from Conor Oberst to RZA.
