Alabama Shakes in Chicago last month (more by Level4 & Mary Michael Mario)

As mentioned, Alabama Shakes play Stubb’s tonight (10/11) with Lee Fields and the Expressions, a show which is one of the many official ACL late night shows, a day ahead of their slot at ACL Fest. They play at 5:30 on the Barton Springs stage at ACL and will also be at the Waterloo autograph tent at 7 PM.

The huge Stubb’s show is way sold out, the band are sure to attract a huge crowd at the festival, and they just played the giant Terminal 5 in NYC, but last month they played a super intimate and FREE “Dream Show” at Subterranean in Chicago, courtesy of American Family Insurance who also had the gig professionally filmed.
